Payments
Yulava makes sure the club gets paid without anyone having to keep track of payments: fees are charged automatically on their due date, families pay from their phone and you can see at any moment what's been paid and what's outstanding.
Set up the fee or the instalments once and each charge goes out on its due date, using the card the family has saved.
Each family sees what they owe in the app and gets reminders. If a charge fails, they're notified and the club can retry it in one click.
No more asking for payments on WhatsApp or checking bank transfers one by one: the status of every payment updates by itself.
They pay by card or SEPA Direct Debit from the app or their browser, in one go or in instalments, and get the receipt by email.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. The club never sees or stores card details.

The plan price is fixed and doesn't include anything per payment. Each online payment, by card or SEPA, carries two separate fees, and neither is hidden.
It depends on your plan, with a minimum of €0.40 and a maximum of €6 per payment. For each charge you decide whether the club covers it or it's added to what the family pays.

Bank transfer and cash payments have no fee. Online payments carry two, on top of the plan price. The first is Yulava's management fee, which depends on the plan (2.2% + €0.20 on Basic, 1.8% + €0.20 on Standard and 1.4% + €0.20 on Premium, with a minimum of €0.40 and a maximum of €6 per payment); the club decides whether to cover it or have the family pay it. The second is Stripe's public rate, which Yulava passes on with no margin: for example, 1.5% + €0.25 for a standard European card or €0.35 for SEPA Direct Debit. The management fee includes VAT.

Scheduled charges run on their own on the due date and the club can always see what is paid, pending or returned. You can also record bank transfers and cash payments.
