From 1 to 12 instalments, with a start date, discounts and what to do with instalments already due if someone joins late.

Card and direct debit
Card or SEPA Direct Debit from the app, plus bank transfer with proof of payment or cash payment validated by the club.

Instalments are charged on their due date, retried if they fail, and the family gets a PDF receipt by email.

A link or QR code to also charge people outside the club: a camp, a tournament, a raffle. They sign up for free in the app and pay, without having to be members.

How do families pay their fees?
By card or direct debit from the app or their browser. The payment is processed securely and recorded on the member's profile.
Is there a charge for collecting fees?
Bank transfer and cash payments have no fee. Online payments carry Yulava's management fee, which depends on your plan and which you can choose to pass on to the family, plus Stripe's fee, with no Yulava margin. The details are on the pricing page.
Is fee collection available outside Spain?
For now, payment collection is only available for clubs in Spain. All other features work in any country.
