What is Yulava Connect?
Yulava Connect is management software for sports clubs, developed by VD Studio Consulting, S.L. It brings together in a single platform communication with families, chat, member and player profiles, teams, training, the tactics board, competitions and matches, fee collection, online registration, the club website and a digital sticker album. It works as an app for iOS and Android, in the browser and through a web panel for the club office.
Who is behind Yulava and how long has it been around?
Yulava Connect is developed by VD Studio Consulting, S.L., a company based in Paiporta (Valencia), and has been growing alongside sports clubs for more than ten years: every feature comes from what clubs have needed, and it has been tested season after season. It isn't a brand-new app but a mature product, with a team behind it that knows the day-to-day of a club.
How is it different from a club communication app?
A communication app is for sending messages. Yulava Connect also handles the running of the club: member and player profiles, teams and call-ups, training, matches and results, fee and registration payments, and the club website. Everything shares the same data: the player you add is the one you call up for the match and the family that pays the fee.
Is it only for football clubs?
No. Yulava Connect works for any sport, team or individual: football, basketball, handball, volleyball, padel, athletics, swimming and many more. It also suits sports academies, federations and associations that need to communicate with their members and manage fees.
How much does a sports club management app cost?
Yulava Connect has three plans with a fixed monthly price that doesn't depend on the number of members: Basic costs €6 a month, Standard €49 and Premium €90 (VAT included). When you create your club you get 30 days of the Premium plan free, with no card needed. Online fee payments also carry a management fee, which depends on the plan, plus Stripe's fee. Is there a special price for small clubs?
Yes. With Yulava Impulso, clubs with fewer than 120 players, whatever their sport, get an 80% discount on the Premium plan. It isn't an automatic coupon: write to soporte@yulava.com and the Yulava team will set it up for you.
How does the free trial work?
When you create your club you get 30 days of the Premium plan free, with every feature included. You don't need a card or have to choose a plan to get started. When the trial ends, you choose the plan you need; if you don't subscribe to one, you won't be charged anything.
How do I collect member fees with Yulava?
In Accounting and payments you create the charge — registration, recurring fee, instalments or a trip — and each family pays by card or SEPA Direct Debit from the app or their browser. Scheduled charges go out automatically on their due date, families get reminders about anything outstanding and the club can always see what is paid, pending or refunded. Payment collection is available for clubs in Spain.
Is it hard to get started?
No. You create your club at admin.yulava.com, add its teams and fees and invite your people; for the first 30 days you get the full Premium plan free, with no card needed. Players, families and coaches download the free app on iOS or Android, or use it in their browser. If you prefer, book a demo and we'll walk you through it for your club.
