Yes. Every post can be aimed at a team, a match or a competition, so a time change for the under-16s doesn't reach the rest of the club.
Do families need to install anything to receive club notices?
They download the free Yulava Connect app on iOS or Android, or use it in their browser at connect.yulava.com. The club doesn't pay per user.
